Terms of Service

By accessing and using Scentipak's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our manufacturing services, including but not limited to glass perfume bottles, essential oil containers, and custom packaging solutions.

Scentipak provides comprehensive glass packaging manufacturing services including:

• Custom glass perfume bottle manufacturing
• Essential oil and fragrance container production
• Pump heads and cap manufacturing
• Surface treatment and decoration services
• Complete packaging solutions and design consultation

All services are provided on an OEM/ODM basis with a minimum order quantity as specified in individual quotations.

All orders are subject to our manufacturing capacity and scheduling. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Order complexity and customization requirements
• Current production queue and seasonal demand
• Availability of raw materials and components
• Quality control and testing procedures

Custom mold development requires additional lead time and is subject to separate terms and pricing. Sample approval is required before mass production begins.

Scentipak maintains strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process:

All products undergo comprehensive testing including impact resistance, sealing performance, and appearance consistency verification before shipment.

Payment terms are established on a per-order basis and typically include:

• Deposit payment required upon order confirmation
• Balance payment due before shipment
• Payment methods: T/T, L/C, or other agreed methods
• Currency: USD or other mutually agreed currency

Late payment may result in production delays or order cancellation. Additional charges may apply for payment processing and currency conversion.

Shipping arrangements and responsibilities:

• FOB terms apply unless otherwise specified
• Customer responsible for import duties and taxes
• Professional packaging to ensure product safety
• Tracking information provided for all shipments

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

We stand behind the quality of our products with the following warranty terms:

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or modifications made after delivery.

Scentipak's liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Damages resulting from improper use or storage

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal channels.
